 Mary Beth King, founder of Sphere Coaching, challenges her clients – whether corporate or individual - to quit calling their vision of success "wishful thinking" and start doing what it takes to bring it to reality. They find support to recognize their possibilities, to never feel stuck, and to move toward their vision. Her supportive humor, intuitive guidance, and flexibility take the process of change from impossible to fun, from failure to success.
Mary Beth started her career in education, teaching junior and senior high school math and science. In 1980 she discovered her passion to train and motivate adults to be conscious of the power that they have to create the life they desire. She spent the next twenty years as a health educator expressing that passion by leading hundreds of workshops for thousands of participants in both college and hospital educational settings. Becoming a certified professional coach was a natural step in her desire to motivate clients to embrace their role in creating the corporation they envision or the life they want to live. She received her coaching certification through Coaches Training Institute, an internationally recognized organization that provides training worldwide. She is also a member of the International Coach Federation.
Mary Beth lives in San Diego with her high school sweetheart and husband of 30+ years. She is the mother of two grown children. Julie is married and attending medical school and Brian is earning his graduate degree in engineering. |

| Sphere Coaching provides both motivational/educational presentations and experiential workshops in addition to coaching. Presentations and workshops are custom designed to specifically meet the needs and interests of the organization.
Following presentations or workshops, participants are welcome to contact Sphere to initiate individual coaching. Corporations may want to include follow-up coaching after presentations or workshops as part of their Leadership Development or Retirement Design packages. Coaching is a valuable tool in further clarifying both individual and corporate commitments and successfully accomplishing them.
